1. Adults-Only Service

The AI Features available on sexmuse.ai are intended exclusively for adults. You may only access or use them if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Any use of the AI Features by a minor is strictly prohibited.

2. AI Characters Are Not Real People

All AI chatbots, AI companions, AI-generated characters, and similar personas available through the Service are fictional and automated. They are not real human beings, even if they appear realistic, emotionally responsive, personalized, or interactive.

Any personality, backstory, memory, emotional expression, or relationship dynamic generated through the AI Features is simulated for entertainment purposes.

Some AI Characters may incorporate or display images, videos, likenesses, or other visual representations of real individuals. These visual elements are used for representational purposes only. All associated dialogue, personality traits, behaviors, and interactions are generated by artificial intelligence and do not reflect the actual statements, actions, opinions, or intent of the depicted individual.

The inclusion of any real person’s likeness does not imply that the individual is participating in, endorsing, or affiliated with the Service in any way.

4. Entertainment Purpose Only

The AI Features are provided for entertainment, fantasy, and interactive purposes only unless expressly stated otherwise.

You must not rely on AI-generated content or responses for legal, medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, financial, or other professional advice.

5. Conversations May Be Processed and Logged

When you interact with the AI Features, we may collect, process, store, and review the content of your prompts, messages, responses, metadata, and related interaction data in order to:

• provide the requested AI functionality;
• maintain and improve service quality;
• monitor performance and troubleshoot errors;
• enforce our policies and moderation rules;

• encourage or depict non-consensual, exploitative, coercive, or abusive conduct in violation of applicable law or platform policy;
• promote or facilitate human trafficking, sex trafficking, or any form of exploitation;
• generate or promote content involving bestiality or incest;
• promote or depict extreme violence, abuse, or harmful conduct;
• promote or facilitate drug use, alcohol abuse, or weapons-related harm;
• harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or impersonate another person;
• submit content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, image, or other rights of third parties;
• generate or promote sexualized content involving real individuals without proper rights or consent;
• upload malware, malicious scripts, spam, scams, or harmful content;
• attempt to manipulate, probe, jailbreak, reverse engineer, extract, benchmark, or abuse the underlying AI systems beyond authorized use;
• use the AI Features in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

9. Content Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, filter, block, review, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the AI Features at our discretion where we believe it is necessary for safety, legal compliance, service integrity, abuse prevention, or policy enforcement.

Moderation and enforcement actions may include:

• refusal to generate certain outputs;
• temporary or permanent blocking of prompts or sessions;
• content filtering or restriction;
• account suspension or termination;
• retention of records for abuse prevention or legal defense;
• notification to relevant service providers or authorities where appropriate.

10. Synthetic Nature of the Experience

Users acknowledge that the AI Features may simulate intimacy, affection, attraction, companionship, erotic engagement, or emotional connection. These outputs are generated automatically and do not represent real feelings, real consent, or real interpersonal relationships.

Any apparent continuity, emotional memory, or relational depth is part of a synthetic and automated experience.

11. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your use of the AI Features and for the prompts, inputs, and other content you submit.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of the AI Features is lawful in your jurisdiction, particularly with respect to adult content, synthetic sexual content, and interactive AI services.

13. Changes to AI Features
